1.Silk rod is driven directly by a servo motor instead of a belt transmission to improve the precision f needle spot embroidery, reduce the phenomenon of overlapping needle spot dislocation, and eliminate the transmission error of belt wheel.

2.The machine head has small motion inertia and uses an internal and external lock structure. When the partition head is quilted, the lock nedl achieve the head without load operation, which can reduce the wear of the parts.

3.The vertical movement of presser foot uses an auxiliary can design to ensure that the press and needl rod movement follow strong in high sped. This design reduces impact between the presser and needle rod frame, which helps lower both noise and vibration from the machine head.

4.The main shaft is driven by a high-power sevo motor with a closed-loop transmission system,ensuring optimal overall motion performance of the machine.

5.The front and back rollers can be separated, allowing for independent forward and backward adjustments of each roller, which makes operation more convenient.

6.The large needle distance does no stow down. When the working speed is 1200rpm, when the wide swing needle and large needle spacing are shaped, the high-speed quilting state can be guaranteed, which greatly improves productivity.
