1.Adopting front and rear needle positions, the distance betveen the front and rear needles is 76.2mm, and the distance between the left and right needles is 50.8mm. Each needlet position in the front and rear rows can be independently controlled, and the four needles can greatly improve production capacity.

2.The needle position of the rear row can be changed freely within the range of 0-25.4mm. The servo motor contols the displacement and the front row needle can be moved apart. It is suitable for making small spacing non overlapping needle patterns such as dense channels, rice grain embroidery, diamond patterns, etc., and suitable for stitching embroidery with various patterns.

3.Silk rod is driven directly by a servo motor instead of bel transmision to improve the precision of needles spot embroidery, reduce the phenomenon of overlapping needles spot dislocation, and eliminate the transmission error of belt wheel.

4.The main shaft is driven by a high-power servo motor, and the upper and lower main shafts adopt closed-loop transmision to ensure the overall motion performance of the machine

5.The front and back rollers can be separated, allowing for independent forvard and backward adjustments of each roller, which makes operation more convenient.
